A $15,000 grant is available to Providence House, but we need your help!  It will only take 5 minutes of your time.  Just click on the button below.

 

Nominate a Nonprofit Organization

 

 

Completing the CFSI survey requires the following:

 

1.    Inserting a link to Providence House's web page http://www.guerininc.org/family/

2.    Clicking next to the following categories of support provided by Providence House:

·        Economic and Financial Well-Being (Economic Development, Personal Finance);

·        Basic Needs (Food Security, Housing);

·        Health and Wellness (Physical Health, Mental Health, Substance Abuse);

·        Education and Workforce Development; and

·        Children and Youth

3.    Providing a short summary of what Providence House does for the community.  An example might be: "Providence House has evolved over the past 25 years to become a one-of-a-kind family-focused, comprehensive residential treatment program that helps families gain self-sufficiency, improve parenting skills, strengthen relationships and break intergenerational cycles of trauma and child maltreatment." 

 

This grant would assist Providence House in purchasing a vehicle to transport families, updating aging campus exteriors/interiors, and providing concrete goods directly to needy families.
